Shipping & DeliveryCurrently, we only ship to physical New Zealand addresses and orders are shipped via CourierPost, NZ Post and Courierxpress.
Tracking/Estimated Delivery TimesAll orders that are in stock are shipped out the same day or the day following date of purchase. Orders will be delivered in 1-2 days in the North Island, and 2-3 days to the South Island.
An email and a tracking number will be sent to say your product has been dispatched. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame, please track your parcel by using the tracking reference provided or get in touch with us.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. We may need to order in a product specifically for you, which may take anything from a day to two weeks extra. We will endeavour to keep you informed.
Please understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification, if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE:Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day delivery time.
Returns & RefundsIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items for a refund or a credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase, as long as the item is in new condition (special order items are excluded).
In order for goods to be exchanged they must arrive back to us in the condition that they left, if possible they should be sent in the same packaging that they arrived in. The return shipping must be paid for in full by the customer prior to sending the goods back to the return address. If the customer is exchanging the item for another item, this will not qualify for free shipping and the customer will also be required to pay this cost.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) shipments.
If you are not exchanging the item you will be issued a credit to the value of the product/s being returned and will be allowed to use this at any time in the future. This credit can be used via our online shop.

PaymentThe preferred form of payment is by Credit Card. All transitions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. Orders paid for by credit card are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days providing the item(s) are in stock.
You may also pay by Direct Deposit/Internet Banking. Your order will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
Credit Cards are charged at the time the order is placed and deduction of funds occurs immediately upon order.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
We do not accept "cash on delivery" or "layby plans" as a means of payment.
Product WarrantiesOur products have a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.
If the product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense.
Where repair is not possible or practical we will replace the item with the same or similar product. Freight to return the repaired or replacement product will be at our cost.
If a repair or replacement is not possible due to the product being unavailable we will exchange it for any of Hole In One Golf’s products of the same value as your original purchase price.
Where none of the above solutions is possible or practical then you have the option of receiving a full refund or store credit.
Government LegislationConsumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. These Terms and Conditions and any contracts to which these Terms and Conditions apply will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or dispute arising here under will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
